To Place a Retail Order
We encourage our retail fans to shop for Salaam at their local boutiques (see retail store locator at left). If you cannot find what you are looking for and are already familiar with our line, we will do our best to help you. However, keep in mind that we are predominantly a wholesale business and do not have the capacity to offer the full range of customer services that you would expect from a mail order company.

Shipping
We pride ourselves in the prompt handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 0-48 hours of ordering. To special order a garment that is not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
We ship via UPS Ground. Orders will arrive within 1 to 6 business days. We do not ship Sat, Sun, or Holidays. Expedited delivery is available for most items shipping within the continental US.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days and we will exchange or refund your purchase price. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by your original invoice. We suggest customers return merchandise via insured mail. Salaam will not be responsible for any item lost or damaged during return transit. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred.
